The CropScan 3000F Flour and Grain Analyser is a Near Infrared Transmission spectrophotometer capable of measuring protein and moisture in cereal grains, as well as protein, moisture, ash, water absorption and starch damage in flour in less than 60 seconds. The CropScan 3000F uses a rotating sample dish to collect multiple scans through grain, oil seeds, semolina, flour, meals and other powdered materials. Up to 30 sub scans can be collected and averaged to provide a more accurate measurement. Sample loading is simple and quick.
For the flour milling and pasta manufacturing industry, the CropScan 3000F is the first NIR analyser to offer a simple and accurate measurement system for both whole grain and powders. The built-in Touch Screen PC provides the user with a simple interface yet a comprehensive software to store and manage data collected for in coming grains, in process flour streams and finished flour and meal products. The PC includes both wireless and Ethernet connectivity so that data can be transferred seamlessly through the companies network.
